Enquiries and client services

When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact details, business information, service choices and message you provide. We use these to respond, discuss your needs and manage the resulting work. Please avoid including passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive information in an enquiry.

The client portal uses account authentication and stores information needed to deliver services, such as tasks and invoices. Hosting, email delivery and Google Firebase support these functions. Service providers may process information outside Australia. Necessary authentication and security functions operate independently of optional website analytics.

Information may need to be retained for ongoing services, business records and applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss access, corrections, deletion or any concern about how your information is handled.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only when you select “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand which public pages people visit and how often an enquiry succeeds. Google receives technical usage information, such as browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, public page titles and cookie identifiers.

Our analytics events exclude enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and message contents. Successful enquiries are labelled only as “business” or “agency”. Login pages, client and admin portals, unknown pages, URL query strings and fragments are excluded from our page measurements. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Your cookie choice

You can reject analytics and continue to use the website and enquiry form. Before you opt in, we do not load the Google Analytics tag or create analytics cookies. If allowed, Google uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_DCSBG3QDRK to distinguish visits.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current session. Changing your choice to reject stops further collection and removes these analytics cookies from this domain. It does not remove information already received by Google. Each browser or device has its own choice.
