For Australian agencies & creative studios

Your agency.
Our white-label development.

Bring the strategy, the design and the client relationship. We help you deliver the websites, software and integrations behind them.

For agencies in Adelaide and across Australia.

Extra capability when you need it

Say yes to the build.
Keep the relationship.

Bring us in for a defined project or discuss ongoing collaboration. Start with the capabilities your client actually needs.

Websites that follow your direction

Turn your brand, content and approved designs into responsive websites. Agree on page templates, editing needs and launch checks before the build.

Website development

Software for a client workflow

Add the portal, internal tool or business application your client needs. Start with users, permissions and the workflow the software must support.

Custom software

Connections between systems

Scope API integrations, data flows and automation alongside the project. Check platform access, limitations and failure handling early.

API integrations

Capacity beyond the launch

Discuss overflow builds, new features and ongoing changes. Agree on availability and ownership of support so your client knows what happens next.

Hosting and ongoing support

From the brief to the handover

A process your agency can plan around.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Send the goals, designs, technical requirements and target dates. Flag the unknowns that need discovery.

  2. 02

    Agree on the delivery

Confirm the scope, estimate, review milestones and communication model before committing to the build.

  3. 03

    Build and review together

Review progress against the brief, consolidate feedback and agree on changes as requirements develop.

  4. 04

    Prepare a clear handover

Plan testing, launch access, documentation and ongoing responsibilities as part of the agreed delivery.

Make the first conversation useful

A good brief brings
the unknowns into view.

You do not need a finished specification to talk. Share what you know, what is still open and where you need technical input.

Read the agency brief checklist
  • The client goal and success criteria
  • Approved designs, pages and content status
  • Existing platforms and required integrations
  • Budget parameters and target dates
  • Who reviews, approves and supports the work

A little more clarity

Before we partner

Useful details to help you decide on your next step.

Can you work behind our agency brand?

Yes. White-label delivery is an available way to work together. Agree on branding, confidentiality and who speaks with the end client before the project begins. If a technical discussion needs client involvement, we agree on that with your agency first.

Can we supply the design and manage the client?

Yes. Share the approved layouts, brand assets and interaction requirements. Your agency can lead the relationship, strategy and design while Westbridge handles the agreed development work. We can also help identify technical questions before the design is final.

How are pricing and deadlines decided?

The estimate depends on the deliverables, integrations, content readiness and review process. Share a target launch date and any budget constraints so we can assess the scope and availability together. Pricing and milestones are agreed for your project.

What happens if the brief changes?

We discuss the effect on the scope, estimate and schedule before taking on additional work. A clear approval contact and consolidated feedback help keep the build moving and reduce conflicting requests.

What about source files, access and ongoing support?

Confirm source-code handover, account access, third-party licences and support responsibilities in the project agreement. Identify who owns hosting, renewals and maintenance before launch so your agency and client have a clear handover.
